• Europe and ASEAN excluding Singapore: You are covered in Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Maternity benefits

• Available to women between 19-45 years of age who have selected an Extensive or Elite Hospital and Surgery on a nil deductible basis, plus an optional outpatient module

Eligible age

• Applicant must be 65 years old or below at the time of the application
• After the application is accepted, MyHEALTH can be renewed until 80 years old

Family discounts

Whether you are a couple, a family with kids or an extended family, you can benefit from our discounts starting with two insured persons. Family is defined as the policyholder's spouse, partner, parent, brother, sister, child or grandchild. The discount is based on the number of persons insured at the start of the policy. All members must have the same policy start and end date.

• 2 persons = 5% off
• 3 persons = 7.5% off
• 4 persons = 10% off
• 5 persons = 15% off

Annual deductibles

A deductible is an amount you are responsible for before the insurance plan starts to pay for medical expenses. Choose from 6 levels of deductible:
0 VND > 11.600 VND > 23.500 VND > 58.000 VND > 116.000 VND > 230.000 VND

Outpatient Co-insurance

• If you visit a practitioner outside our Panel Network, we will apply a 20% co-insurance on your Outpatient expenses
• If you visit a practitioner within our Panel Network, which comprises specific medical providers in Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong, you will get cashless access and we will waive the co-insurance completely
