This policy indemnifies when the employee suffers death, permanent disability, or temporary injury due to a work accident or occupational disease arising from the hiring process. The activity of the Insured in the Business:

  1. In the event of Death or Total Permanent Disability (from 81% or more): 30 months' salary (or the sum insured chosen by the Insured)
  2. In case of Permanent Partial Injury: compensation according to the attached injury rate table. The 100% compensation level corresponds to the insurance amount in death or total and permanent disability
  3. Loss of income during treatment: not to exceed the time limit chosen by the Insured
  4. Medical expenses (including hospital fees): do not exceed the limit of expenses selected by the Insured Person
